It is the sign of a wood product made from trees from ancient semi-natural woodland or ancient woodland sites in rural Denbighshire and rural Flintshire. These woods are being carefully managed to protect and improve the wildlife and other interests of the woodlands. All of the trees that are cut are replaced with new, young trees to provide timber for the future.
Woodland businesses featured on this website are important partners in the Coetir Clwyd project. They take pride in making a living from the area's woodlands, while taking care to protect the woodlands they work in for the future.
